摘　　要：针对当前国产软硬件产品售后服务质量参差不齐、服务流程不规范、服务平台封闭孤立等问题,提出了一种国产软硬件厂商、系统集成商和用户多方共建共赢的协同售后服务体系,并设计了一个基于软件即服务(SaaS)模式的售后服务系统框架。Currently, the quality of after-sales service of domestic software and hardware product is uneven, the process of ser- vice delivery is not standard, and the service system is isolated and sealed. To resolve those problems, this paper puts forward a novel after-sales service system produced by combine software and hardware manufacturers, system integrators and users,and designs the architecture of after-sales service system based on SaaS mode.
