摘 要:目的 探讨晶化热处理对牙用玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响。方法 按不同晶化温度条件分组,利用X射线衍射技术鉴定晶相,计算晶体含量,并采用三点弯曲法测定各组的抗弯强度和弹性模量。结果 该材料主晶相为四硅酸氟云母晶体(KMg_(2.5)Si_4O_(10)F_2),玻璃晶化后力学性能大大提高(P<0.05)。在830℃~950℃的晶化温度范围内,随晶化温度升高,结晶率和力学参数均不断增大,力学性能与结晶率存在相关关系。结论 晶化热处理能直接影响玻璃陶瓷的显微结构及其力学性能的发挥。Objective The objective of this study was to learn the influence of crystallization on mechanical properties of DGC. Methods Flexural strength and elastic modulus were measured by three-point bending test at selected temperatures from 830 C to 950. X-ray diffraction was used to investigate the type of crystal and crystal percentage. Results The main crystalline phase was identified to be tetrasilicic fluromica. The promotion of crystalling temperature contributed to the increased crystal percentage and mechnical properties. The later two aspects were correlated. Conclusion Crystallization effected mechanical properties of DGC by changing crystalline microstructure.
