摘　　要：针对2012年中国大学生数学建模竞赛A题,比较系统、完整地介绍并应用差异性分析、变异系数法和逐步回归等方法对酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒进行了分析和评价。解决了对酿酒葡萄进行分级的方法,找到了酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒的理化指标之间的联系,得到酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标对葡萄酒质量有直接的影响关系等问题,并建立了相应的数学模型。According to the 2012 China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in modeling A title, the paper has a more systematic, complete introduction and application of the difference analysis method, the coefficient of variation method and stepwise regression analysis and evaluation of the wine grape and wine. We have solved the classification method of wine grape, found the link between the physicochemical indicators of the wine grape, got physical and chemical indicators of wine grapes and wine having a direct impact on wine quality relationship problems, and established a corresponding mathematical model.
