摘 要:探讨了开关电容 DC-DC变换器的输出功率及频率特性 ,提出了频率极限和功率极限概念 ,并得出了极限频率的确定方法 ,进而讨论了开关电容 DC-DC变换器的控制模式。频率极限由变换器固有的充放电时间常数决定 ,因此减小开关管导通电阻及串并联电容器的等效串联阻抗是提高变换器输出功率的关键 ,集成化是改善开关电容 DC-DC变换器输出的较好途径。This paper deals with output power and frequency features of switched capacitor DC DC converter, suggests the concepts of frequency limitation and power limitation as well as the method to determine the limitation frequency, and further discusses the control methods for the switched capacitor DC DC converter. The frequency limitation is determined by the charge and discharge time constants inherited by the converter. For this reason, reducing the switch on state resistance and equivalent serial resistance of the serial parallel capacitors is the key to improving or raising the output power of converters and the integration is a better way to improve the output power of switched capacitor DC DC converters. As a result, the above conclusion is proved by the computer simulation and experiment results.
