摘 要:机床的串联驱动和并联驱动各有其优缺点。根据数控机床的特点 ,设计了一种新型六轴串 (3DOF)并 (3DOF)联混合式驱动立卧两用数控机床方案。该方案不仅继承了传统机床串联驱动的优点 ,如工作空间大、对物流的开放性好以及控制算法简单等 ,而且集成了并联驱动的高速、高刚度及高精度的特点 ;通过合理分析和设计被动关节 ,扩大了动平台的摆动范围 ,使主轴实现了立卧两用 ;The parallel drive and serial drive of machine tool will have the advantages and disadvantages of its own. Based on the characteristics of NC machine tool, a new type of the hybrid 3DOF serial and 3DOF parallel drive 6 axis NC machine tool with H/V spindle is designed and developed, which not only inherits the traditional advantages of serial drive including the large workspace, good opening to material stream system and simple control algorithm, etc, but also integrates the advantages of parallel drive including high speed, high stiffness and high precision, etc. The oscillating range of motion platform is enlarged via the rational analysis and design of passive joints so as to achieve the H/V spindle. The gantry layout pattern improves the rigidity of the NC machine tool as well as the friendliness to material stream system.
