摘　　要：黄标车是我国城市空气污染的主要污染源,也是城市空气质量控制过程中的主要治理对象。本文以西安市为例,说明了黄标车的危害以及治理黄标车是形势所需;分析了目前西安市在治理黄标车过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题,给出了一些技术建议和政策建议。The yellow car is our main source of urban air pollution, urban air quality control process is the main control object. In this paper, Xi＇an City, illustrates the dangers and yellow car yellow car is the situation of governance required; analysis of the current Xi＇an yellow car in the process of governance problems and to solve these problems, gives some technical and policy advice.
