校企合作实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的探索

摘　　要：校企合作实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"对于创立校企合作联合培养人才新机制、提高工程创新人才培养质量具有重要的作用。实施"卓越计划"亟待解决的首要问题是如何构建校企合作、企业全面参与的卓越工程创新人才培养体系,可通过校企合作建立实践教学平台、建立校企"双向交流"关系、开展企业生产实践活动、实施毕业设计形式改革等措施,建立企业全程参与,校企共克难关、携手共赢的"卓越计划"人才培养机制,以确保"卓越计划"的有效实施。The implementation of ＂plan for educating and training outstanding engineers＂ university-enterprise cooperation plays a significant role in establishing a new talent training system and improving innovative engineering talent training quality at university-enterprise cooperation level. The major issue of the implementation of the plan is how to establish the innovative training system of university-enterprise cooperation and enterprise＇ s full participation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan, it is necessary to establish the talent training system with enterprise＇ s full participation in overcoming the difficulties and university-enterprise win-win by establishing practical teaching plat- form and a two-way communication relationship, carrying out enterprise practical production activities and reforming graduation projects etc.
