摘　　要：近年来的研究已证实骨肉瘤及其他恶性肿瘤中存在肿瘤干细胞,表明骨肉瘤干细胞在骨肉瘤的发生、发展中起着重要作用,但目前文献还未报道特异性高的标志物用于分选鉴定骨肉瘤干细胞,针对骨肉瘤干细胞治疗的临床应用还有很大的提升空间。该文就肿瘤干细胞学说及其细胞来源、骨肉瘤干细胞分离纯化及鉴定方法、免疫学表型等研究现状进行综述。Lots of studies have confirmed that cancer stem cells exist in osteosarcoma and other malig- nant tumors,and emerging evidence suggests that osteosarcoma stem ceils account for the initiation and pro- gression of osteosareoma, But no particular markers can be used for identifying osteosarcoma stem cells, so there is still a great promotion space in clinical application of therapy targeting osteosarcoma stem cells. Here is to make a review of the current knowledge about the osteosarcoma stem cell including its sources ,the meth- ods used for its isolation, identification and immunology phenotype.
