摘　　要：三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)是指雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人类表皮生长因子受体2(Her-2)均不表达的乳腺癌,是新近被分出的乳腺癌亚型,有着特殊的生物学特性和临床病理特征,对内分泌治疗及针对Her-2的靶向药物治疗无效,全身化疗是该亚型患者的主要治疗模式,但是远期疗效不佳。TNBC的分子特点、化疗方案的选择及靶向治疗等是近年来研究的热点。Triple negative breast cancer（TNBC） is defined by the lack of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 expression. It is defined as one of the subtypes of breast cancer recently, with special biological activity and clinical pathological features. It is non-sensitive to endocrine therapy and targeted therapy drug hcrceptin, leaving chemotherapy as the mainstay of treatment, though the long-term effect is not satisfactory. The molecular characteristics, chemotherapy regimen and targe- ted therapy of TNBC＇ are the hotspots of resent research.
