摘  要:由于老龄化导致慢性疾病快速增加,对老年人采取营养干预能显著改善其营养不良水平、降低慢性病及相关并发症的发生率。采取合理有效地干预措施,可改善老年人营养状况,提高老年人生活质量,减少老年人医疗费用,减轻国家医疗负担。该文主要明确老年人营养干预的目标和原则,并对国内外老年人营养干预研究情况进行回顾,总结营养干预的步骤及方法。The aging of the population has resulted in the rapid increase of chronic illness and effective nutrition intervention should be given to the elderly to reduce the incidence of malnutrition, chronic diseases and related complications. The first step of adopting nutritional intervention is to clarify the target and principles, review the situations of the interventions to the elderly both in China and abroad, and summarize the steps and methods, so that the nutritional status and quality of life of the elderly can be improved, and load of the medical cost both on individual and government will be relieved through rational and effective interventions.
