摘 要:目的:比较分析江苏省苏南、苏中、苏北3地区三甲综合医院人力资源配置与医院运行情况,分析发展趋势及差异,为政府制定卫生人力发展策略和医院人力资源配置实践提供依据。方法:通过普查,收集江苏省全部23家三甲综合医院2008-2011年相关数据资料。结果:2011年3地区三甲综合医院的职工总数均较2008年有明显增长,苏南地区床人比最高;各地区卫生技术人员的专业构成无差异,医护比有所提高;人均诊疗人次、人均业务收入、人均人员支出方面3地区有差异。结论:江苏卫生人力资源总量不足,地区之间发展不平衡,护理人员总体配置不足。Objective: To compare the human resource aUoeation and performance of the first - class general hospitals in the south, middle and north of Jiangsu Province, find out trends and different levels of development in those hospitals and provide a basis for the establishment of hu- man resource strategy for the government and better practice of personnel arrangement in the hospitals. Methods: Data of a total of 23 first - class general hospitals in Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2011 were collected through a general survey. Results: Compared with 2008, there was a re- markable increase in the number of employees in all the hospitals in 2011 with the ratio of bed to patient in southern Jiangsu area ranging first. No difference existed in the composition of medical staff except an increased ratio of doctor to nurse. The number of patients treated and revenue and expenditure per capita exhibited some differences. Conclusion: There exists a regional imbalance concerning present human resource condition and a lack of nursing staff in Jiangsu Province.
