上海市三级甲等医院新浪微博建设现状分析

摘　　要：目的:目的:分析上海市三级甲等医院新浪微博建设现状。方法:运用新浪微博搜索引擎进行关键词检索,了解上海市38家三级甲等医院新浪微博官方认证、博文维护、粉丝数量等情况,并进行统计分析。结果:上海市三甲医院中有26家医院开通了新浪微博,占比68.4%;12家医院进行了官方认证,占比31.6%;22家医院发布微博多以原创内容为主,如出诊信息、新闻动态、科普保健等,占比57.9%。结论:目前上海市三甲医院新浪微博建设仍处于初级阶段,在发挥微博网络助医、增进医患沟通、舆情监控等作用方面有待进一步探索与实践。Objective： To analyze the Sina Micro -blog construction status of 3A hospitals in Shanghai. Methods： Using the search engine to compare the data of their official certifications, maintenances, fans quantity and other data, statistical analysis was carried out. Results： 26 hospitals have Sina Micro - blogs, accounted for 68.4% ; 12 hospitals have official authentications, accounting for 31.6% ; 22 hospitals release o- riginal contents, such as visiting information, news, science and health knowledge, accounted for more than 57.9%. Conclusion： the construc- tion status of Sina Micro - blog of 3A hospitals is still in the primary stage. Further explorations and practices are in need, such as medical help on net, the doctor- patient communication, public opinion monitoring.
