摘　　要：本文以化工过程机械专业硕士研究生为例,针对目前我国全日制专业硕士培养过程中存在的一些问题,例如培养方案与学术硕士的"同质化"、课程学分设置不合理及实习教学考核管理的单一性等,综合分析了这些问题产生的根源,并在对国外专业硕士培养经验分析的基础上,提出了解决上述问题的具体建议和措施,以期对提高专业硕士实践能力和创新思维,完善和提高我国全日制专业硕士的培养机制有所帮助。Taking the specialty of Chemical Process Equipment as an example, the paper analyzes the cur- rent development of training full-time professional master in our country. The deficiencies are discovered such as the homogenization between the education plan for professional master and academic master, the unreasonable arrangement of course credits and the insufficient methods of assessment, etc. Compared with the foreign education in the same field and with the experience we have got in the reform, sugges- tions and measures are put forward to raise the student＇s practice ability and the ability of innovation so that the training system will be better implemented.
