玉米朊粘合剂的初步研制

摘　　要：利用玉米淀粉厂的下脚料玉米朊为原料，用双氧水为氧化剂对其进行氧化，用氢氧化钠为糊化剂对其进行糊化，再加入一些其它助剂来制备玉米朊粘合剂，所得粘合剂粘结性能好，粘度稳定，成本低，储存时间长。Corn protein－ the leftover of cornstarch production was used to make paper adhesive by oxidized with H2O2 pasting with NaOH and adding some agents. The adhesive developed is characterized by the merits such as lower costs, good binding, stable viscosity and long shelving, suitability for use as paper－ board adhesives.
