摘  要:为了进一步提高聚并等流气液分离器的分离效果,设计了几种沉降杯的结构方案。通过试验绘制了不同油气比时各种型号聚并等流分离器单杯液面下降速度与脱气效率关系曲线,结果表明:沉降杯底部为瓦棱状、沉降杯内部安装隔板、带尖结构的沉降杯、沉降杯表面材料不含氟以及沉降杯内部不添加滤料为最佳方案。In order to improve the separation efficiency of gas-oil mixture of the coherent and cocurrent flow pattern gas-oil separator,several scheme about structure of settling cup was designed.The relation curve was drawn between the rate of single cups of liquid level drawdown of all kinds of coherent and co-current flow pattern gas-oil separators at different gas-oil ratio and degassing efficiency by tests.The tests showed that with pointed structure and corrugated shape bottom of settling cup,setting up cross wall and not adding filter material in the cup,surface material not contain fluorine were the best ways.
