摘　　要：肠神经胶质细胞是肠神经系统中含量最多、分布最广的一类细胞。在形态和功能上,该细胞与中枢神经系统的星形胶质细胞相似。近几年的研究显示,肠神经胶质细胞在肠黏膜屏障功能、胃肠蠕动功能和肠道肿瘤中均起一定作用。而在肠黏膜屏障中的积极作用,已获广泛认同,以下就该方面研究进展作一综述。The enteric glial cell （EGC） is considerd as the most abundant and widely distrubuted cell in enteric nervous system （ENS）. The morphology and function of EGC are similar to the astrocytes in central nervous system. Recent studies showed that EGC played a role in intestinal barrier function, gastrointestinal motility and tumor progression. However, only the role of EGC in intestinal barrier function has met universal approbation.
