摘　　要：利用薄层色谱和荧光光谱法对植物油进行种类认定,并用薄层色谱法分离植物油的组分;考察了试样的荧光强度与在溶剂中植物油浓度的关系、荧光法分析植物油的测试条件以及薄层色谱展开和显色条件;还通过测量色谱斑点的荧光性质确定植物油中的发光物质。Vegetable oils havo been analyzed by thin-layer chromatography(TLC)-fluorometry and compositions of vegetable oils have been separated by TLC.The relationship between fluorescent intensity and concentration was examined.Both the spreading and coloured conditions in TLC was tested as well.The fluorescent materials in vegetable oils have been defined by measuring the properties of the chromatographic points.
