地方院校安全工程专业应用型人才培养方案的探索

摘　　要：针对地方院校安全工程应用型人才培养的问题,以滨州学院为例提出了安全工程人才培养的目标,分析了安全工程专业学生的培养规格和要求,阐述了安全工程专业的主干课程,通过课程地图描述了各课程之间的关系。针对学生不同的需求,该培养方案提出分流培养,即大学四年级根据学生"就业"和"考研"的不同需求开设不同的专业综合课程;为提高学生适应社会的能力,在培养方案中专门设置了职业素养课程和素质拓展课程。For applied talents problem of safety engineering in local colleges, Binzhou University as an example, safety engineering personnel training objectives, training specifications and requirements were put forward, and main courses and course map of safety engineering were described. For different needs of students, the training program proposed diversion culture, which was based on students employment and admitted to graduate to open different professional integrated curriculum. In order to improve students^ability to adapt to society, literacy courses and vocational quality development programs were set specifically in the training program.
