摘  要:双语教学在国内方兴未艾,高校双语教学中师资的优劣直接决定教学质量的高低。北京大学公共卫生学院成立双语教学小组,结合国内双语教学发展需求,并对相应师资进行调研,由此创设双语师资培训机会,以教师培训实践为基础,从培训方式、内容等方面探讨提高教师素质、提升双语教学能力的有效途径。Bilingual education is developing in the our country. Bilingual teaching faculty will directly determine the quality of bilingual education. To understand the needs of bilingual teachers, a survey was executed. Bilingual teaching team was established by teachers of school of public health of Peking University. The team investigated on related teaching faculty based on domestic development needs of bilingual education thus to provide training for bilingual teachers. Based on practice of teach- er training, this paper aimed to explore the effective methods for improving teacher's quality and bilingual teaching ability from the training methods and contents.
