摘　　要：目的探讨上海市社区家庭病床护理人力资源配置的影响因素,为家庭病床护理管理工作提供参考。方法采用目的抽样及配额抽样法选择17名家庭病床相关人员进行深度访谈,并用现象学方法分析资料。结果提炼出影响上海市社区家庭病床护理人员配置的因素包括以下4个方面:政府部门的相关政策、医学院校对护理人才的培养、家庭病床护士对自身的要求、家庭病床患者特点。结论为提高对家庭病床患者的服务质量,在政府部门制定相关政策、合理配置护理人力资源的基础上,医学院校还应制定社区家庭护理人才培养体系,努力提高社区家庭病床护理人员的专业水平。Objective To explore the influencing factors of nursing human resources deficiency for commu- nity HAH in Shanghai,so as to provide evidences for nursing management of HAH. Methods Totally 17 HAH related people were selected and deeply interviewed by purposive sampling and quota sampling. Data were analyzed by phenomenological methods. Results Four influencing factors were extracted, including medical policies made by the government, ways for training nursing students in the medical colleges, standards HAH nurses set for themselves, and characteristics of HAH patients. Conclusion Medical colleges should formulate training system for cultivating the HAH nurses based on polices for properly allocation of nursing human resources made by the government to improve nursing quality for HAH patients, and professional standards for HAH nurses.
