探讨家庭环境因素对男护生职业生涯规划的影响

摘　　要：[目的]了解家庭环境因素对护理专业男护生职业生涯规划的影响,为更好地开展护生职业生涯教育提供相关理论依据。[方法]运用半结构式深度访谈法对3名男护生进行预备访谈、10名男护生进行正式访谈,逐字转录成稿分类存档。采用扎根理论对个案进行整理和分析及跨个案综合分析。[结果]分析得出3对关系、3种相关因素以及2个关注,在男护生的职业生涯规划中应重视自愿与专业思想稳定、居住地与生涯规划度、家庭参与度与决策困难的关系,关注个人心理及社会认可,考虑家庭收入、父母工作、父母文化的影响。[结论]男护生缺乏职业生涯规划,农村、无父母参与的男护生更明显,应重点加强护生的职业生涯规划教育。Objective:To know about the influence of family environmental factors on career planning of male nursing students,so as to provide the related theoretical foundation for career education of nursing students.Methods:The semi-structured depth interviews was used for preliminary interviews on three male nursing students,formal interviews on 10male nursing students,then to transcribe verbatim into the draft for category archives.Grounded theory was used for collation,analysis and cross-case analysis of individual cases.Results:The analysis results showed three pairs of relations including relationship between the voluntary and professional ideological stability,relationship between place of residence and degree of career planning,relationship between family involvement and decision-making difficult,two concerns including concerning individual psychological and social recognition,considering the influence of family income,parents' work,parental cultural.Conclusion:Career planning is lack in male nursing students,especially in male nursing students in rural areas and without parents' involvement,and career planning education should be strengthened for nursing students.
