摘  要:目的:探讨女性对于生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染及宫颈癌的认知情况以及相关的影响因素。方法:120例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例,研究组对患者进行健康教育、相关知识讲座等,对照组不进行教育,两组患者均采用自拟问卷调研生殖道HPV感染及宫颈癌认知情况。结果:两组患者就诊时HPV平均分值与认知度无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗及健康教育后,两组患者的平均认知分值和认知率均有所上升,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者复查率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的宣传教育工作对于提高认知度,减少HPV感染危害,提高复查率具有重要作用,同时具有较好的预防效果。Objective: To explore the cognition of women to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection of genital tract and cervical cancer and the related influencing factors. Methods: A total of 120 women were randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 women in each group ; the women in study group received health education and related knowledge lecture, while the women in control group didnt receive any health education; the cognitions of women in the two groups to HPV infection and cervical cancer were surveyed by a self- designed questionnaire. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the mean score of HPV and cognitive degree on admis- sion between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; after treatment and health education, the mean cognitive scores and cognitive rates in the two groups increased, and the parameters in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the reex- amination rate in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Effective publicity and education can improve cognitive degree of women to HPV infection and cervical cancer, reduce the harm of HPV infection, and raise the reexamination rate, and its preventive effect is good.
