摘　　要：提出了一种电动汽车动力锂电池在线绝缘电阻检测方法,介绍了该检测方法的测量原理及检测装置的硬件电路设计和软件设计流程。该方法采用国标规定的测量方案,采用光电MOSFET开关、分压电阻及高共模电压差分运放进行在线绝缘检测。测试结果表明,该方法可准确检测各种情况下锂电池的绝缘电阻,满足了电动汽车在线实时检测需求。An online isolation resistance inspection method for power battery of electric vehicle is presented in this paper. The principle of measurement of this inspection method and hardware circuit design and software design flow of this inspection device are introduced. This method adopts measurement schemes specified by international standard with photoelectric MOSFET switches, the voltage of resistors is amplified by the common-mode voltage differential operational amplifiers. The test results show that, the device can detect the insulation resistance of lithium battery under various conditions, meet the demand of real-time online testing of electric vehicle.
