摘　　要：2013年欧洲神经病学联盟帕金森诊断指南从临床诊断、基因检测、自主功能检测、嗅觉检测、急性多巴胺药物负荷试验、神经心理、电生理以及神经影像等方面对疾病的诊断给出了推荐意见。帕金森病的诊断仍主要是基于正确的临床诊断,选择性进行如基因、嗅觉、电生理、影像检测等检查对于疾病亦有辅助诊断的意义,其中一些可能在不久的将来用于确定处于症状前阶段的帕金森病患者。The European Federation of Neurological Societies （EFNS） recommendations for the diagnosis of Parkinson＇s dis- ease published in 2013 provide guidelines in the Clinical diagnostic criteria, Genetic testing, Autonomic function tests, Olfac- tory tests, Drug challenge tests, Neurophysiological tests, Neuropsychological tests and Neuroimaging. The diagnosis of PD is still largely based on the correct identification of its clinical features. Selected investigations （ genetic, olfactory, and neuro- imaging studies） have an ancillary role in confirming the diagnosis, and some of them could be possibly used in the near fu- ture to identify subjects in a pre-symptomatie phase of the disease.
