小青龙汤证本质探析

摘　　要：小青龙汤是张仲景所创的一首经典方剂,临床应用广泛,然而对于该证的本质,诸多医家见解各异。结合历代文献分析认为,应从病因、病位及病性三方面着手认识本证,并结合咳、痰、喘三大主症进行辨证应用,咳、痰、喘必见,阳虚为本,痰饮内存是小青龙汤证的证本质,并在此基础上进一步探讨小青龙汤证的辨证要点。Small Qing-long Decoction is a classic prescription created by ZHANG Zhong-jing. It is widely used in clinic, but on its nature many doctors have different opinions. Combined with the analysis of the medical records in the past dynasties, we got to know the syndrome of decoction Small Qing-long from the causes, the characters and the location of the diseases, and applied it in clinic mainly according to cough, phlegm and asthma to differentiate. Syndrome of decoction Small Qing-long must have the symptoms of cough, phlegm and asthma, and yang deficiency is because of phlegm retention in internal body, which is the nature of the syndrome of decoc- tion Small Qinglong. The main points of differentiation on syndrome of decoction Small Qing-long were discussed further for treatment based on above the consideration.
