β-连环蛋白、环氧化酶-2和凋亡抑制蛋白在舌癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测舌癌组织中β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、环氧化酶-2(Cox-2)及凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin的表达情况,探讨三者与临床病理特征的关系及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测β-catenin、Cox-2及Survivin在60例舌癌和30例正常口腔黏膜中的表达情况;分析它们与舌癌临床病理指征的关系及三者之间的相关性。结果:β-catenin在正常口腔黏膜中均正常表达,Cox-2和Survivin在正常口腔黏膜均不表达(P<0.01);β-catenin在舌癌中的异常表达率为72%,Cox-2阳性表达率为80%,Survivin阳性表达率为78%。低分化舌癌中Cox-2及Survivin的表达率高于高中分化舌癌(P<0.05)。伴有淋巴结转移的舌癌中β-catenin、Cox-2及Survivin的表达率高于与无淋巴结转移的表达率(P<0.01)。β-catenin、Cox-2及Survivin在舌癌中阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度以及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。β-catenin、Cox-2及Survivin在舌癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:β-catenin、Cox-2及Survivin在舌癌的发生发展、分化程度、浸润及转移过程中起重要作用。β-catenin、Cox-2及Survivin之间相互作用影响了舌癌的浸润和转移。Objective：To observe the expression of β-catenin ,cyclooxygenase-2 and Survivin in tongue carcinoma ,and to find out the tumor markers which might be used to predict tumor pathogenesis and metastasis of tongue carcinoma .Methods：The expression in 60 tissue specimens of tougne carcinoma and 30 tissue specimens of tougne mucosa was detected by S-P method in order to investigate the relationship among these factors and clinical pathological features of tougne carcinoma .Results：Showed strong expression of Cox-2 and Survivin in tongue cancer ,while expression in normal tougne mucosa were negative （P〈0 .01）;β-catenin abnormal expression in tongue carcinoma than in normal oral mucosa .Poorly differentiated tongue carcino-ma ,Cox-2 and Survivin were higher than the high grade of tongue carcinoma （P〈0 .05） .Tongue carcinoma with lymph node metastasis inβ-catenin ,Cox-2 and Survivin expression was higher than the expression with no lymph node metastasis rate （P〈0 .01） .The positive expression of Cox-2 and Survivin was significantly associated with histological grade and lymph nodemetas-tasis （P〈0 .01）.β-catenin ,Cox-2 and Survivin expression in tongue each other was a positive correlation （P〈0 .01） .Conclu-sion：β-catenin ,Cox-2 and Survivin in the development of tongue cancer ,the degree of differentiation ,invasion and metastasis process plays an important role .The relationship among β-catenin ,Cox-2 and Survivin affects the invasion and metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma .
