摘　　要：目的观察核仁磷酸蛋白(NPM1)在结直肠中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化法对50例结直肠癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织中的NPM1表达进行分析。结果 NPM1在结直肠癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.001);NPM1表达上调与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移显著相关,而与患者性别、年龄及结直肠癌分化水平无关(P>0.05)。结论 NPM1的表达与结直肠癌的发生发展有关。Objective To study the expression and significance of NPM1 in colorectal cancer. Methods The ex- pression of NPM1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of the colorectal cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue. Results The expression of NPM1 in colorectal cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissue（P 〈 0. 001 ）. The expression of NPM1 has significant relationship with tumor size, TNM1 stage, Dukes stage, lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis. It was unrelated with the sex, age, and tumor differentiation degree of patients（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of NPM1 in colorectal cancer is close- ly related with the development of tumor.
