皮肤基底细胞癌中NHERF1和β-Catenin的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的探讨NHERF1和β-catenin在基底细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测48例基底细胞癌及30例正常表皮石蜡组织切片中NHERF1和β-catenin的表达。结果 NHERF1和β-catenin在基底细胞癌组织中细胞浆呈明显高表达,表达率分别为56.25%和77.08%;两者在正常表皮中均呈低表达。基底细胞癌细胞浆中NHERF1表达与β-catenin表达呈正相关(r=0.418,P<0.05)。结论 NHERF1和β-catenin的异常表达与基底细胞癌的发生可能有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of natrium hydrogen exchange regulatory factor 1 （NHERF1） and β-catenin in cutanous basal cell carcinoma （BCC）. Methods The expressions of NHERF1 and β-catenin were detected by immunohistochemistry in BCC （group A,48 cases） and normal cutanous epithelium tissues（group B, 30 speciments）. Results The expression rates of NHERF1 and β-catenin were 56.25 % and 77. 08%, respectively, which were lowly expressed in group B. The expression rate of NHERF1 was positively correlated to that of β-catenin in group A（r=0. 418,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of NHERF1 and β-catenin in BCC may be related to the occurrence of cutanous basal cell carcinoma.
