乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎患者单核细胞NF-κB表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎患者外周血单核细胞NF-κB表达的影响。方法急性胰腺炎患者76例均分为A、B两组;在常规治疗的基础上,A组加用乌司他丁。15例健康志愿者作为对照(C组)。A、B组患者入院第1、4、7、10天和C组采取外周血,提取单核细胞,免疫印迹法测定NF-κB表达并进行比较。结果 A、B两组患者入院第1、4天单核细胞NF-κB表达较C组明显增高(P<0.05)。入院第7天,A组单核细胞NF-κB表达较B组下降明显[(6.9±2.5)%vs.(17.0±3.1)%](P<0.05);入院第10天,A、B、C三组单核细胞NF-κB检测结果相仿(P>0.05)。结论乌司他丁可以降低急性胰腺炎患者外周血单核细胞NF-κB表达。Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin on nuclear factor κB（NF-κB） expression in mononuclear cells in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Sewenty-six patients with acute panereatitis were egually randomized into two groups of B（with conventional treatment） and A（with additional ulinastatin）. Fifteen healthy people were taken as the controls（group C）. Serum NF-κB in mononuclear cells was detected on the 1st , 4th , 7th and 10th day by Western blot. Results The expression of NF-κB in mononuclear cells was higher in groups of A and B than that in group C on the Ist and 4th day（P〈0. 05）,which was lower in group A than that in group B on the 7th day [（6.9±2.5） % vs. （17.0±3.1）%] （P〈0. 05）, but was not obviously different among three groups on the 10th day （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin can reduce the expression of NF-κB in mononuclear cells in patients with acute panereatitis.
