摘 要:采用PID技术对铝合金MIG焊的焊接电流、电弧电压、送丝速度、焊接速度和氩气流量进行控制,并对两种工艺控制方法进行了仿真和试验验证,进行了7020铝合金MIG焊焊缝的冲击试验和中性盐雾腐蚀试验。结果表明,与简单控制相比,PID控制可以获得更小的控制误差、更好的控制精度和系统稳定性;7020铝合金MIG焊缝的剪切断面率增大了15%,240 h中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率减少了2.99%,冲击韧性和耐蚀性明显提高。PID technique was applied for controlling welding current,arc voltage,wire injecting speed,welding speed and Ar gas of MIG welding process of aluminum alloy.Two kinds of control methods were experimentally tested,and the impact and neutral salt-spray corrosion of MIG welding line for 7020 aluminum alloy was studied.The results show that compared with the simple control method,PID control of MIG welding process of aluminum alloy can obtain smaller control error,higher control precision and better stability.Moreover,PID control can make MIG welding line of 7020 Al alloy increase shear section rate by 15% and decrease mass loss rate after neutral salt-spray corrosioning for 240h by 2.99%,and the impact ductility and corrosion resistance of the samples improve.
