摘　　要：目的研究角质细胞生长因子(keratinocyte growth factor,KGF)在卵巢癌增殖和侵袭过程中的作用,进一步探讨其在卵巢癌转移和侵袭过程中的分子机制。方法用transwell法检测不同浓度的KGF对卵巢癌细胞系的侵袭情况的影响;用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT法)检测KGF对卵巢癌细胞系增殖情况的影响;用Western blot方法确定KGF在NIH3T3中的表达。结果不同浓度的KGF对卵巢癌细胞系的侵袭能力有着不同的促进作用,以100 pmol/L组最为明显(P<0.01)。结论 KGF对卵巢癌细胞系的增殖和侵袭有促进作用。Objective To explore the molecular mechanisms in the process of ovarian cancer proliferation and invasion by the role of keratinocyte growth factor（KGF） in ovarian cancer cell lines. Methods Transwell asgay was used to examine the invasion of the ovarian cancer cells with KGF, then the proliferation ability of the ovarian cancer cells was detected by MTY, the expression of KGF on fibroblast was detected with Western blot. Results Different concentra- tions of KGF had different promotion in the aspect of proliferation of the ovarian cancer cells, 100 pmol/L KGF was more conspicuous with longer culture time（P 〈 0.01, for 12 to 48 h）. Conclusion KGF can promote the proliferation and migration of the ovarian cancer cells.
