摘  要:目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow stem cells,BMSCs)对局部创面的作用机制。方法体外扩增大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞;同时进行创伤模型的制备;将大鼠局部备皮后,切除大鼠背部直径约8 mm的圆形全层皮肤,并用橡胶圈固定以防止皮肤本身的回缩作用;观察大鼠背部皮肤愈合情况。结果骨髓间充质干细胞表现为梭形形态,贴壁生长;明显促进创伤愈合;骨髓间充质干细胞明显能够加速创面表皮愈合;Elisa结果显示骨髓间充质干细胞明显增加了组织中的血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)含量。结论骨髓间充质干细胞局部移植对大鼠背部创面愈合有明显的促进作用,通过局部移植骨髓间充质干细胞来治疗临床上难愈性创面是一种切实可行的方法。Objective To healing in rats. Methods investigate the role of bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) in wound Bone marrow stromal cells were amplified in vitro. Wound-healing model was established, rats back diameter approximately 8 mm round full-thickness skin was resected, and rubber ring was fixed to prevent the skin from retracting, Heal condition of rat back skin was observed. Results BMSCs appeared fusiform shape and adherence growth; BMSCs obviously enhanced the healing of the wound. Histological anatomy showed BMSCs ac- celerate the concrescence of raw surface; Elisa manifest BMSCs can increase the content of VEGF in local organization. Conclusion Plastic adherent BMSCs accelerate healing of the fascial and cutaneous incisional wounds. These findings indicate that BMSC cell therapy may provide a powerful technique to augment healing of clinically problematic wounds.
