摘 要:[目的]研究明日叶中总黄酮的最佳提取条件。[方法]采用硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠比色法测定明日叶乙醇浸提物总黄酮含量,并通过单因素试验和正交试验优化明日叶总黄酮得最佳提取条件。[结果]乙醇提取明日叶总黄酮最佳条件是:浸提溶剂乙醇浓度为65%,浸提时间为15 min,浸提温度为45℃;在此条件下,明日叶乙醇提取物中总黄酮含量为10.18%。[结论]该工艺提取时间短,效率高,稳定性好,为明日叶总黄酮提取提供了依据,也为进一步研究明日叶中具有生理活性的物质奠定了基础。: [ Objective ] Optimization extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Angelica keiskei Koidzmi was studied. [ Method ] The contents of total flavonoids from extract of Angelica keiskei Koidzmi was determined by using aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite colorimetric method and the extract craft conditions of total flavonoids from Angelica keiskei Koidzmi were optimized by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experi- ment. [ Result] The contents of total flavonoids from extract of Angelica keiskei Koidzmi was 10-. 18% ( Ixg,/Izg). The optimal extract craft con- ditions of total flavonoids in Angelica keiskei Koidzmi were: ethanol volume of extraction solvent was 65%, the extraction time was 15 min and extraction temperature was 45 ~C. [ Conclusion ] The technique was able to fulfill with short extraction time, high efficiency and good stability, provided the basis for the extraction of total flavonoids from Angelica keiskei Koidzmi, and laid the foundation for further research on physiologi- cally active substances in Angelica keiskei Koidzmi.
