摘　　要：从学生的实际情况出发,针对"农杆菌介导外源基因转化及整合机制"这部分教学内容抽象、枯燥、难于理解的特点,从结合最新研究进展、整合模型讲授、实施研究性教学、开展综合性实验几方面探讨了教学改革,以促进学生的学习积极性,提高教学效果。Starting from the actual situation of students, in view of the characteristics of , boring and difficult to understand in the ＂ integration mechanism and transformation of Agrobacterium -mediated exogenous gene ＂ teaching contents , the teaching reform was discussed from several aspects of the combination of the latest research progress, integration the model teaching, carrying out research-based teaching and carrying out comprehensive experiments , so as to promote the student~ study enthusiasm and improve the teaching effect.
