摘　　要：大学生就业是高校和社会一直以来广泛关注的话题,就业率的高低不仅关系到高校的持续快速发展,而且关系到社会的稳定与持续发展。因此,为了加强大学生就业能力和素质,高校一般都开设了大学生就业指导课程。然而,新形势下大学生就业指导课程发挥作用不太充分,存在一些问题,文章通过研究大学生就业指导课程现状,提出解决的新思路。College students＂ employment is a topic that universities and the social pay widespread attention all the time, the employment rate of high and low is not only in relation to the university＇s sustained and rapid development, and to the stability and sustainable development of the social. Therefore, universities set up the college students~ employment guidance generally in order to strengthen college students＂ employment ability and quality. However, there are some problems, that college students employment guidance courses work is insufficiently under the new situation, the paper through the research of the present situation on college students employment guidance course, puts forward the new way of thinking.
