摘　　要：在分析力学课程特点的基础上,提出创新思维和创新能力培养在力学教学中至关重要。文章结合教学实践和体会,从培养具有创新能力教师团队、改革课堂理论教学模式、搭建立体化的课外实践创新平台三方面对创新人才培养模式进行了探讨。It is vital importance to innovative thinking and innovative ability training of the teaching in mechanics on the basis of analyzing the mechanics course characteristics. Combining with the teaching practice and experience in the paper, the innovative talent training mode is discussed from three sides of cultivating the team of teachers with the creative ability and reforming the teaching mode in classroom and setting up the innovative platform with the stereoscopic extracurricular practice.
