睾丸“门”的定位及临床解剖意义

摘　　要：目的解剖定位睾丸"门",观察其进出结构的形态位置分布,为睾丸移植提供依据。方法解剖、测量、记录睾丸动脉、睾丸静脉、输精管及其伴行血管在皮下环和睾丸上端的压径及皮下环至睾丸上端的垂直距离,观察其位置关系。结果进出睾丸"门"的结构在深环上方1.5 cm容易辨认,而入深环后位置关系不恒定。结论将睾丸"门"定位在深环上方1.5 cm比较合适。Objective To locate the porta of testis and observe the morphology and position distribution of its structures, providing the basis for the testicular transplantation. Methods Dissecting, measuring and recording the vertical distance from the subcutaneous ring to the upper end of testis, the pressure diameter of testicular vessels, vas deferens and its accompanying vessels at the subcutaneous ring and the upper end of the testis, which were used to observe their position relationship. Results The testis structure import door was easily identifiable 1.5 cm above deep ring, and the relationship between the position and the deep ring was not identifiable. Conclusions It is more appropriate to locate testicular door 1.5 cm above the deep ring.
