微型种植体支抗在临床口腔正畸的效果观察及应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸的疗效及应用价值。方法将56例上颌前突患者随机分为两组,每组28例,两组患者均采用直丝弓矫治技术,观察组采用微型种植体作为支抗关闭间隙,对照组采用常规方法关闭间隙。结果观察组矫治前后头影测量指标SNA、ANB、U1-L1、U1-SN改善情况优于对照组,观察组模型测量指标OB、OJ、尖牙间宽度改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),第一磨牙间宽度改善情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),微型种植体在矫治过程中保持稳定。结论微型种植体支抗稳定性好,操作简便,创伤小,疗效可靠,可广泛应用于口腔科的正畸治疗。Objective To investigate the effect and application value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treat- ment. Methods Fifty-six patients with maxillary protrusion were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases were in each group, the patients in two groups were treated with straight wire appliance, the observation group were treated by micro-implant system, while the control group were treated by traditional mechanics. Results Indicators of SNA, ANB, U1-L1, U1-SN of the observation group showed better than that of the control group, the observation group showed better improvement regarding to OB, OJ, inter-canine width than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the improve- ment of the width between the first molars was no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Stability of micro-implant anchor- age was better. Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage is a better treatment with advantages of better stability, simpler procedure, fewer traumas and it＇s worth for application in large scale.
