Livin、Beclin1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨Livin、Beclin1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的相关性。方法选择2000～2010年间各类卵巢组织蜡块65例。以免疫组化法检测Livin以及Beclin1表达，分析组织学分级及临床分期以及淋巴结转移相关性。结果恶性肿瘤Livin及Beclin1表达显著强于交界肿瘤，Livin与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移有关，Beclin1与组织分化有关（P〈0．05）。结论Livin在卵巢癌发生和演化及浸润转移中起重要作用，Beclin1在卵巢癌的发生发展中可能起相关作用。Objective To explore the correlation between LlVln anu Decxm~ cxV~ v and tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods A total of 65 cases of paraffin-embedded ovarian tissue from 2000 to 2010 were seleted, used immunohistochemical method to detect Livin and Beelinl expression, analyze the histological grade, clinical stage, and the correlation of lymphatic metastasis. Results Livin and Beclinl expression of malignant tumor were significantly stronger than border tumor, Livin was associated with FIGO staging and lymphatic metastasis, and Beclinl was associated with tissue differentiation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Livin plays an important role in the oc- currence, evolution and metastasis of ovarian cancer, and Beclinl may play a relevant role in the development of ovar- ian cancer.
