高强度聚焦超声联合全身化疗对结直肠癌肝转移的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的观察高强度聚焦超声(以下简称HIFU)联合全身化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的近期疗效。方法选取结直肠癌肝转移患者103例,随机分为HIFU联合化疗组和常规化疗组。结果联合化疗组近期有效率为74.0%,常规化疗组近期有效率为54.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 HIFU联合全身化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移有更好的近期临床疗效。Objective To observe the recent curative efficacy of therapy of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） combined with Systemic chemotherapy treatment on liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 103 pa- tients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Combined chemotherapy group of patients received HIFU combined with systemic chemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy group received sys- temic chemotherapy only. Results Combined chemotherapy group＇s recent effective rate was 74.0% and conventional chemotherapy group was 54.7%. The difference between two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HI- FU combined with systemic chemotherapy have a better recent curative efficacy in the treatment of the liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
