影响白内障患者术后生活质量的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析影响白内障术后生活质量的相关因素。方法选择265例行白内障超声乳化摘除+人工晶体植入术患者,采用低视力者生活质量量表中文版(CLVQOL)调查术前及术后生活质量。结果术后3个月CLVQOL总分和远视力、移动和光感(A)、调节能力(B)、读和精细工作(C)、日常生活能力(D)评分均较术前显著提高(P<0.05)。视力提高值不同分级组CLVQOL总分和远视力、移动和光感(A)、调节能力(B)、读和精细工作(C)、日常生活能力(D)评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),经Spearman相关分析,CLVQOL总分与视力提高值分级呈正相关(r=0.621,P<0.05)。双眼手术、术后视力提高值、合并青光眼、合并糖尿病视网膜病变与白内障术后生活质量密切相关(P<0.05)。结论白内障手术复明能显著提高患者低视力生活质量,视力提高值与生活质量密切相关,双眼复明患者生活质量更高,合并青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变的将影响患者术后生活质量提高。Objective To analyze the impact on quality of life after cataract surgery related factors. Methods Selected 265 cases of patients underwent routine phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation and surveyed preopera- tive and postoperative quality of life with low vision quality of life scale Chinese version （CLVQOL）. Results After 3 months CLVQOL score and distance vision, movement and light perception （A）, regulation （B）, reading and fine work （C）, activities of daily living （D） compared with preoperative score were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）. Visual acuity improved values of different classification groups CLVQOL score and distance vision, movement and light perception （A）, regulation （B）, reading and fine work （C）, activities of daily living （D） score, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P 〈0.05）, by Spearman correlation analysis, CLVQOL grading score and visual acuity values were positively correlated （r = 0.621, P 〈 0.05）. Eye surgery, visual acuity improved value, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and cataract surgery were closely related to the quality of life （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cataract surgery can significantly im- prove patients＂ low vision quality of life, visual acuity improved value and quality of life is closely related to higher quality of life in patients glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy will affect the quality of life of patients improved.
