摘 要:目的探讨儿童弱视与血微量元素锌(Zn)的关系,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用原子吸收光谱法对200例3~14岁儿童血中微量元素Zn进行检测。结果 (1)弱视儿童血Zn含量与正常对照组儿童血Zn含量相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义。(2)男、女弱视儿童血Zn含量比较,无性别差异。(3)单、双眼弱视儿童血Zn含量比较,差异无统计学意义。(4)弱视程度与血Zn含量无明显关系。(5)弱视组不同屈光度与血Zn含量无关联。结论弱视儿童血锌水平较正常儿童明显偏低,而在弱视组内,不同儿童体内血锌含量差异不明显,提示弱视的发生可能与缺Zn有关,所以提高儿童体内的锌含量对治疗弱视可能有一定帮助。Objective To explore the relationship between trace elements(Zn) and ametropia in children, and to pro- vide the evidence for instruction of reasonable medication in clinical practice. Methods Atomic absorption spectrome- try 200 cases of children aged in whole blood of Zn were. The levels of Zn in 2000 children aged 3-14 years old were detected by the Atomic absorption spectrometric method and the results were analyzed. Results The levels of serum Zn in children with ametropia were significantly lower than those of normal children,but no statistically significant difference was found in the levels of Zn between boys and girls in amblyopia group and single,bilateral amblyopia group,the degree of amblyopia groups of different refractive amblyopia group. Conclusion Amblyopia children's blood levels of Zn is significantly lower than that of normal children , while in the amblyopic group, the difference of blood Zn content in different children is not obvious, suggested that amblyopia may be related with the lack of Zn, so to im- prove the content of zinc in children may have some help for the treatment of amblyopia.
