单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠对急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、ET-1及TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的评价单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠对急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素1(ET-1)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的急性脑梗死患者150例,分为对照组及观察组各75例。对照组采用一般治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠予以静脉滴注。结果观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显改变(P<0.05)。两组患者未见明显不良反应症状。治疗2周时,两组患者血清hs-CRP、ET-1、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组血清hs-CRP、ET-1、TNF-α水平分别为(4.51±1.93)mg/L、(74.13±25.38)ng/L、(1.17±0.83)μg/L,分别低于对照组的(6.04±2.17)mg/L、(84.76±25.51)ng/L、(2.03±0.94)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠可以明显改善急性脑梗死患者的血清hs-CRP、ET-1及TNF-α水平。Objective To study of the effect about Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium intervention on serum C- reactive protein （hs-CRP）, endothelin 1 （ET-1） and tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF- α） levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selcclcd, and were divided into control group and observation group with, 75 cases in each Control group： the general treatment. Observation group： based on the control group combination of single sialic acid ganglioside hexose sodium four to in- travenous infusion. Results Aged patients with neurological deficit score, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. 2 weeks of treatment, serum hs-CRP, ET-1, TNF-α, two groups of patients were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01）. And, serum hs-CRP, ET-1, TNF- α levels of the observation group were （4.51±1.93） mg/L, （74.13±25.38） ng/L, （1.17±0.83） μg/L less than in the control group （6.04±2.17） mg/L, （84.76±25.51） ng/L, （2.03-±0.94） μg/L with difference statistical significance between two groups （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium can obviously improve the serum hs-CRP, ET-1 and TNF-α levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
