螺杆转子滚刀的精确设计与精密加工

摘　　要：针对螺杆转子滚刀齿形的精确设计与加工问题,应用空间啮合理论设计滚刀齿形,并采用BP神经网络高精度拟合其轴向齿形。加工方法提出了粗铲齿、精铲磨的工艺方法;该方法根据精确设计的滚刀齿形,制作粗、精样板;粗样板和粗铲刀进行粗加工并留出铲磨量;精样板和精铲刀用于加工滚压轮,通过滚压轮滚压出成形铲磨砂轮,由成形铲磨砂轮精铲出螺杆转子滚刀刃形。试验结果表明,BP神经网络能精确拟合出滚刀齿形,且加工工艺方案铲磨余量小,滚刀齿形加工精度高,能有效地提高螺杆转子滚刀高精度、高效率的生产要求。Aiming at the screw rotor hob ＇s tooth profile problems of precise design and precision machining,based on the space meshing theory,it designs the screw rotor hob ＇s tooth profile,and using BP neural network to fit the axial profile of hobbing cutter.The machining methods of rough turning and relief grinding is presented here; the method according to the tooth profile of the hob by space meshing theory accurate design it makes the templets which include rough machining templet and finishing templet; the rough machining templet has grinding allowance,and the rough machining is implemented by rough machining templet and rough relieving tool,at this time the hob＇s tooth profile has grinding allowance; the rolling wheel is made by the finishing templet and finishing relieving tool,and the relief grinding wheel is extrusion forming through rolling wheel,finally,the relief grinding wheel makes the screw rotor hob＇s tooth profile.The test results show that using BP neural network can accurately fitting the hob＇s theory tooth profile,and the processing scheme has the small relief grinding allowance,the machining precision is fine of the screw rotor hob ＇s tooth profile,and the method can effectively improve the production efficiency of screw rotor hob.
