摘 要:构建了快速定位、准确测量制动气室性能的在线检测平台,对其驻车制动腔、行车制动腔的静特性进行了检测,实现多个特征参数的采集和重要数据的显示、存储与比对。应用高速数据采集技术保证了测量精度,利用伺服控制技术实现对推杆行程精确可调,最大限度缩短测量周期,并设计了专门的推杆导向结构以保证制动力传递方向不偏倚。试验结果表明:该检测台可准确地对制动气室静特性性能进行检测,特征点测量相对误差小于0.2%,检测周期小于2min/个。最后探讨了推杆行程对行车制动性能的影响。An on-line detection platform is constructed for positioning quickly and measuring performance accurately of brake chamber,which can detect the static characteristics of parking brake chamber and service brake chamber,and achieve the collection multiple relevant signals,and the display,storage and comparison of important data Using high-speed data collection technology improved the measuring accuracy of the system.Servo technology was introduced to control pushing rod stroke precisely and adjustably,which minimized the measurement cycle.Additionally,a special oriented structure of push rod was designed to ensure that the transfer direction of the braking force while not bias.The test result shows that,the detection system can precisely measure the performance of brake chamber,which its relative error is less than 0.2% and the period less than 2 min.It,finally,discusses the impact of the pushing rod stroke to the performance of service brake chamber.
