摘 要:运用ADAMS与ANSYS软件联合仿真建立了钻装机扒斗机构的刚柔耦合模型;获取了扒斗机构的运动包络图,明确了扒斗机构的运动范围;基于扒斗机构挖掘阻力通过仿真得到了扒斗机构各铰点及动臂油缸、斗杆油缸、扒斗油缸的受力情况,对工作装置结构强度分析提供重要载荷参考;以斗杆为例进行了强度分析,获取了斗杆在复合挖掘工况下的应力分布及变形情况,验算了工作装置的安全系数;通过ADAMS与ANSYS联合仿真,实现了复杂载荷的自动加载,考虑了构件的柔性,增强了仿真的准确性;对扒斗机构及钻装机的设计具有一定的指导意义。It establishes the rigid-flexible coupling model of rake claw mechanism with co-simulation of ADAMS and ANSYS,obtaining the movement envelope diagram of the rake claw mechanism.Getting the force state of the hinged point and the hydraulic cylinder through the simulation based on the digging resistance,it provides important reference load for structural strength analysis of the working device.Doing strength analysis of bucket rod for example,it obtains the stress distribution and deformation in the case of complex mining and checked the safety factor of the working device.It achieves the complex load automatically loaded with co-simulation of ADAMS and ANSYS,and enhances the accuracy of the simulation by considering the flexible of the component,which have certain gniding significance on the design of the rake claw mechanism,and even the drilling and loading machine.
