摘 要:基于有限元理论,利用ANSYS软件建立了路基上CRTSⅡ型板式轨道计算模型,研究轨道板与水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)层离缝长度和离缝高度对CRTSⅡ型板式轨道受力和变形的影响。研究结果表明:与CA砂浆正常工作状态相比,CA砂浆离缝将造成轨道结构变形和受力增大。在列车静载和正温度梯度共同作用下,当离缝长度达到2.6 m时,轨道板的垂向位移从0.397 mm增大到0.937 mm,CA砂浆层的压应力从30.33 kPa增大到111.57 kPa。随着离缝高度的增大,轨道结构的变形和受力也迅速增大。On the base CRTS-Ⅱ slab track on and deformation state of finite element theory, by using the ANSYS software, the calculation model of railway subgrade was established, and then the CRTS-Ⅱ slab track's stress state were studied under the influences of the different de-bonding lengths and de-bonding depths between the track slab and the emulsified cement asphalt mortar (CA mortar). The results show that: compared to the normal work condition of the CA mortar, the de-bonding of CA mortar will cause the increases of the deformation and the stress of track structure. Under the joint action of train static load and positive temperature gradient, when the length of the de-bonding reaches to 2.6 meter, the vertical deformation of track slab will increase from 0. 397 mm to 0. 937 mm, and the pressure stress of CA mortar will increase from 30.33 kPa to 111.57 kPa. With the increase of the de-bonding depth, the deformation and stress of track structure will increase rapidly.
