CIK和CEA负载DC联合化疗治疗胃癌的研究

摘　　要：目的评价胃癌患者术后应用CIK和CEA负载DC联合化疗的临床疗效。方法选取行胃癌根治手术治疗的患者30例,随机分为2组,分别给予化疗和CIK-DC/CEA细胞免疫治疗联合化疗的治疗方案,随后观察治疗之后的临床反应,并随访其临床疗效、生活质量情况及生存率等评价指标。结果免疫细胞回输治疗后,患者未见明显不良反应,血清中Th1类细胞因子水平较治疗前有明显升高,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);随访结果显示,免疫治疗临床疗效、生活质量、生存率较对照组均有一定的改善,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 CIK-DC/CEA细胞免疫治疗胃癌是有一定的近期临床疗效的,可为改善胃癌根治术的预后以及免疫治疗提供一定的理论基础。Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy of CIK - DC/CEA and chemotherapy in treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 30 cases underwent radical operation for gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, which were treated with chemotherapy and CIK - DC/CEA scheme immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy severally. Then the clinical response after treatment was observed, and the clinical curative effect, life quality and survival rate were followed up and evaluated. Results After treatment of immune cell transfusion, patients with no obvious adverse re- actions, Thl type cytokine levels in serum were significantly higher than before treatment, there was significant difference between before and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with control group, the clinical efficaeies, quality of life of patients and the survival rate as follow-up observation were improved, but there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion CIK - DC/CEA cell immune therapy in gastric cancer has certain clinical curative effect; combination therapy can provides the theoretical basis for improve the prognosis of radical operation for gastric cancer and immune therapy.
