摘　　要：概述了河西学院图书馆开展信息素养教育的现状,分析了当前地方院校对读者信息素养面临的问题,结合实际提出对读者实施信息素养教育的理念、教育模式及改进策略。The article generalizes the present educating situation of information literacy in library of Hexi University, analyz- ing the problems of information literacy that the readers are facing. Some strategies are worked out to improve the ideas and patterns of information literacy on readers.
