摘　　要：前牙开牙合畸形是正畸临床中较常见的错牙合畸形,不仅影响患者咀嚼功能,还影响其发音、吞咽、呼吸等功能,甚至妨碍其容貌外观;严重者还会对患者的心理健康构成影响。文章对前牙开牙合畸形的病因、诊断及治疗方法做了较为详细的分析,并对开牙合畸形的研究进展进行综述。Anterior open bite is one of the common malocclusion in orthodontic treatment. It not only affects the mastication, but the pronunciation, swallowing, breathing and appearance; It has a harmful influence on mental health in severe cases.
